Executive Roles: Chair, Vice-Chair,Treasurer, Secretary

So you hold an executive position on your board, now what? These positions serve important roles on the board. In this workshop we will discuss each position, some possible duties, job descriptions, and what they can each do to support effective meetings and your organization.

We will also consider how the executive can work together more effectively as a team. In some organizations, the executives form an executive committee. We will discuss possible roles of the executive committee and how they can help run the organization between board meetings.
