Duna Bayley

Duna has been involved in community development for over 40 years, been on over 20 boards and has worked in organizational development with over 300 organizations and coalitions. She currently volunteers in her community to support literacy and reading and sits on the Boards of Calgary Reads and the South Central Coalition -Early Childhood Mapping Initiative. She also teaches “Explorations in Citizen Leadership” with the Alberta Network of Immigrant Women, tutors grade 2 students in reading and is part of a global learning community – the Human Venture Institute studying the ecology of human learning. She has recently retired from Alberta Culture – Community Development Unit.
