“Demystifying Digital Transformation”

Description: You’ve heard the buzz around Digital Transformation (DT) and have wondered: is this just another tech project receiving cool branding? Yes, yes it is! And no, it is much more involved. In fact, most people don’t realize it’s more transformation than it is digital… but alas, I get ahead of myself!
In this session we will explore what DT is and what it isn’t. We will identify common examples of DT. Importantly; we will discuss the key governance questions you need to be thinking about as you fulfill your oversight role on the board. You will also have the chance to consider how DT applies to your organization.
Our hope is that you will walk away understanding the insights and perspectives you can bring to your organization and board when you are exploring what a Digital Transformation project can do to support your staff and clients.
